Peter Scharff - Corporate Food

The top German chef Peter Scharff creates Corporate Identity Food® (CIF). The aim of this approach is to portray the whole corporate culture through customised event and catering concepts. Besides the obvious, visual attributes of a company such as colour, logotype or logo, a company's values and philosophy can also be tastefully conveyed using this concept. In this way, the brand is sustainably experienced in an emotional way through the concept of "good taste".

From now on, every winemaker can have their own corporate food developed in the form of finger food in glasses and served to their guests at events. In order to adapt the food perfectly to the individual vintages, Peter Scharff and his team also analyse the philosophy of the wines that are served in glasses from SCHOTT ZWIESEL. As the glass partner for the Corporate Food sector, the top chef has also decided on ZWIESEL KRISTALLGLAS' JENAER GLAS brand. All food is served in products from the Bavarian company.
